A recent Curbed article on an 11 acre development at La Cienega and Jefferson, where the KLOS tower is located, has been the buzz on the blvd. Neighbors are excited to see what retailers will be moving in and if there will be an organic market in the proposed 50,000sf space. The owners of the building at the corner of La Cienega and Jefferson just renovated the space with new full length windows and doors, plus a new paint job. Looks like they are betting this new development will be a winner.
I was looking at homes sold since Jan 1st 2015 in West Adams and was surprised to see more homes on the market in the high $500k's and $600k's. More folks are revamping their homes to sell and getting top dollar. The last few sales in the neighborhood are:
