Recent Sales/Market Update

I was looking at homes sold since Jan 1st 2015 in West Adams and was surprised to see more homes on the market in the high $500k's and $600k's. More folks are revamping their homes to sell and getting top dollar. The last few sales in the neighborhood are:  

2632 Clyde Ave 3bed+2ba 1252sf  - Sold for $620,000

1943 Hauser Blvd 3bed+2ba  1410sf - Sold for $630,000

2330 Alsace Ave 3bed+2ba 1420sf - Sold for $620,000

It's also interesting to see the stats in the above picture . The median price has increased and the days on market (DOM) has also increased. The inventory is overall low, but each quartile has an equal number of listings. I wonder what summer will bring!
