Residing in LA since 1994, she knows the city extremely well. (As in, she learned the roads using a Thomas Guide and rarely ever uses her navigation system.) She's been a homeowner 6 times over and is also a landlord & property investor. Even though Suzie is a hard-worker and strategic thinker, she prides herself most on her people skills.
