With over a decade of experience in Los Angeles real estate, Susanna brings a rare blend of design insight, environmental awareness, and heartfelt care to every transaction. She is known for her thoughtful communication, creative problem-solving, and ability to make buying or selling a home feel grounded and manageable rather than overwhelming.

Her love of homes began early, growing up with DIY-minded parents whose projects were featured in Sunset Magazine and The Washington Post. Before real estate, Susanna spent more than a decade as a Hollywood set decorator, shaping visual worlds for film and television. She later worked as an interior designer alongside respected firms in Los Angeles and New York. That creative foundation informs her work today. She understands how light moves through a room, how space shapes experience, and how a home should support the life unfolding within it.

Whether guiding first-time buyers, seasoned sellers, relocations, or major life transitions, Susanna leads with preparation, follow-through, and steady enthusiasm. She is also a GREEN-certified Realtor® and member of the Green Resource Council, bringing expertise in energy efficiency and smart home technology when those priorities align with her clients' goals.

Susanna holds a BA in European Studies with a minor in Studio Arts from Scripps College and a Certificate in Interior Design from UCLA. She has also studied at Parsons Paris, La Sorbonne, RISD Rome, Otis College of Art and Design and Santa Monica College.

Outside of real estate, Susanna treasures time with her two grown children (and is so proud of them), her fiancé, and finds inspiration in travel, art, photography. and the beauty of everyday moments.
